The Samsung Highnote M630 features a 2.1-inch LCD display, a 2 Megapixel camera, A-GPS support, Stereo Bluetooth, and 1xEV-DO data. The Highnote offers also the speaker-independent voice recognition. and support for up to 16GB of external memory.
