Sony will release in Japan its Nav-U NV-U3V and NV-U3 personal GPS navigation device in 23 October. The two devices are pretty similar offering a 4.8-inch 480×272 LCD touchscreen, 4GB of internal memory, support for playback of MP3 audio and MPEG-4 videos. The NV-U3V offers also built-in 1Seg digital TV tuner.
